What you can see and do
Madhabpur Lake lies among low hills inside the Patrokhola Tea Estate in Kamalganj. A walk beside the water brings tea-covered slopes, open lake views and seasonal water lilies into the same visit. It can be paired with Lawachara or the tea gardens around Sreemangal on a day trip. Keep to marked paths and leave the lake and estate undisturbed.
How to get there
From Sreemangal, travel by CNG or hired vehicle towards Kamalganj and Madhabpur Tea Estate. Confirm the estate entrance, visitor permission and opening hours locally before setting out.

Wear a life jacket on a boat; stay off the river when a storm is likely.
