Only the town services go into Sirajganj: SI Enterprise from Mohakhali and Mirpur-2, Sheba Line from Mohakhali and Zenin Service from Mirpur-2 (about 3.5 hours). Long-distance buses for Rajshahi, Bogura or Rangpur drop at Kadda or Sirajganj Road on the highway, not in the town. The district portal names M A Matin Municipal Bus Terminal as the town's main terminal. BRTA's chart re-fixed on 22 Sep 2026 (Tk 2.40 per km plus toll) lists Mohakhali–Sirajganj via Ashulia, Tangail and the Jamuna Bridge (128 km) at Tk 335 in a 51-seat bus and Tk 427 in a 40-seat bus. From Gabtoli (123 km) it is Tk 323 / Tk 412. Counters were quoting Tk 400–450 non-AC and Tk 500 AC for travel on 12 Oct 2026 (seen 8 Oct 2026 on bdtickets). Only SI Enterprise listed AC coaches.
