Sayedabad to Lakshmipur (via Cumilla, Laksam, Chowmuhani) is 177 km on BRTA's list; the regulated non-AC fare, tolls included, is Tk 558 on a 40-seat bus and Tk 437 on a 51-seat bus. The district portal (updated 7 May 2026) shows Tk 550 for Econo, Dhaka Express and Jonaki, all from Sayedabad; Econo has no AC buses. For travel on 12 Oct 2026 Dhaka Express's Tongi–Raipur coaches were Tk 610 non-AC and Tk 700 AC. BRTC's AC buses leave from Kamalapur: BRTC's website (updated September 2025) gives Tk 418–500 across its depots' lists and three and a half to four and a half hours; BRTC's 2026 fare could not be confirmed. The journey time comes from this BRTC timetable (the shorter road through Ramganj); private coaches going round by Laksam and Chowmuhani may take longer (Dhaka Express's timetable gives 8 h 10 min for its whole Tongi–Raipur run). Lal Sobuj also has counters in Lakshmipur. According to the district portal, Lakshmipur can be reached only by road.
