Buses leave Sayedabad and Fakirapool (Hanif), Mohakhali, the Airport and Abdullahpur (Ena, Bilash), Rajarbagh (Green Line) and Arambagh (Paradise Express); the Dhaka counters of Shyamoli and Unique were not confirmed; in Sylhet they stop at Kadamtoli terminal, Humayun Rashid Chattar and Sobhanighat. BRTA lists 257 km from Sayedabad, Tk 624 (51-seat) / Tk 796 (40-seat), and 245 km from Mohakhali, Tk 599/763; on Shohoz for 12 Oct 2026 non-AC was Tk 750-800 and AC Tk 1000-1600. Scheduled time 5.5 to 7 hours. Buses using the Gulistan-Jatrabari flyover may add a toll of Tk 7-9 per seat. Shyamoli is confirmed by its own ticketing site and Unique by a bdnews24 report of 7 Aug 2026; the Sylhet Sadar page that names them is old text under a 2025 stamp. The Dhaka-Sylhet highway was blocked in Habiganj for some hours on 1 Oct 2026 by a bus owners' strike that was suspended that night, with a warning that it would resume from 6 Oct.
