What you can see and do
Nalta in Kaliganj holds the shrine of Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah, an educationist, social reformer and Sufi who founded the Ahsania Mission here. The white-domed tomb complex and its tidy grounds are open to visitors, and the annual urs in February brings very large crowds.
How to get there
Take a Kaliganj or Shyamnagar bus from Satkhira town for about 30 km and get off at Nalta Bazar; the shrine is near the road.
