What you can see and do

Lakma Rajbari in Panchbibi upazila is what is left of an abandoned zamindar house. Broken walls, arches and brickwork gripped by banyan roots hint at its past. It is a good spot for photography; the Indian border is very close, though, so stay alert.

How to get there

About 20 km from Joypurhat town via Panchbibi; from Panchbibi take an auto-rickshaw or van toward the Karia border.

Safety notes

Do not climb on old walls or ruins or write on them; check the opening hours and closing days first.
