What you can see and do
Maulana Abdullah built this three-domed mosque at Denayetpur in Raipur town in the late 19th century, modelled on the Jama Masjid of Delhi. A local legend says jinns raised it in a single night, which gave it the name Jiner Masjid. It stands on a high plinth with a chamber underneath that was used for meditation.
How to get there
Take a bus or CNG about 15 km from Lakshmipur town to Raipur, then a rickshaw for a few minutes.
